軟管泵具有輸送強(qiáng)研磨性介質(zhì)的能力。它無閥、無密封，同介質(zhì)接觸的 部件是橡膠軟管的內(nèi)腔，壓縮軟管的轉(zhuǎn)子完全獨(dú)立于介質(zhì)之外。
The hose pump has the ability to transport strong abrasive media. It has no valve, no seal, and the only part in contact with the medium is the inner cavity of the rubber hose. The rotor of the compression hose is completely independent of the medium.
(1)軟管泵屬容積式類，具有無機(jī)器密封、自吸本領(lǐng)強(qiáng)、自清算等特性。
(2)無泵閥，不會(huì)孕育發(fā)生密封類泵的泄湯和睦阻征象，杜絕了因走漏而造成的跑、冒、滴、漏喪失和污染，自身現(xiàn)場(chǎng)潔凈。
(3)軟管泵布局簡樸，無葉輪、無容室等布局，順應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，液體、漿狀和濃厚懸浮物料均可運(yùn)送.分外是離彈性的軟管空腔能泵吸有雜質(zhì)的液體、種種纖維物體以及含粒徑在軟管直徑1/4以下的固體料漿，并且平滑的軟管內(nèi)腔不孕育發(fā)生任何堵塞。容許有較大的固態(tài)物粒子。運(yùn)送介質(zhì)的濃度可大于70%，因此常輕便輸送高濃度的物料等等。
