電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼是一種硅鐵合金。用硅鋼軋制的片材是電工領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣的軟磁材料,因而硅鋼片又稱電工鋼片。硅鋼片廣泛用于電動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器、扼流圈、電磁機(jī)構(gòu)、繼電器及測(cè)量?jī)x表中電機(jī)工業(yè)大量使用厚度為0.35~0.50mm的硅鋼片,用于:中型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī),壓縮電機(jī),通用馬達(dá),小型精密電機(jī),電動(dòng)汽車,壓縮機(jī),通用電機(jī),電源變壓器,精密變壓器,節(jié)能電機(jī),焊機(jī)變壓器,穩(wěn)壓器,磁性密封器,加速器用電磁鐵,汽車電機(jī)等;在電信高頻技術(shù)中常用0.05~0.20mm的薄帶鋼片,以便更有效地降低渦流損耗。熱軋硅鋼片厚度為0.35~0.50mm,密度為7.55~7.70g/cm3,多用于大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī);冷軋無(wú)取向硅鋼片厚度為0.35~0.50mm,密度為7.65~7.75g/cm3,多用于大型交流發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī),大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī);冷軋取向硅鋼片厚度為0.23mm 0.27mm 0.3mm 0.35mm,密度為7.65g/cm3,多用于電力變壓器、油浸式變壓器,干式變壓器,電抗器、磁放大器等;冷軋取向薄帶厚度為0.05~0.20mm,多用于無(wú)線電高頻變壓器。
電工鋼硅鋼片:磁性能7.1.1 在 6.3 條件下提供的冷軋取向電工鋼的特性應(yīng)符合表 3、湖北咸寧表 4、湖北咸寧表 5、湖北咸寧表 6、湖北咸寧表 7、湖北咸寧表 8 和表 9的規(guī)定,時(shí)效試樣也應(yīng)滿足這些特性。對(duì)帶有涂層的產(chǎn)品,絕緣涂層的質(zhì)量應(yīng)被計(jì)算在內(nèi)。7.1.2 表 3、湖北咸寧表 4 和表 6 中的普通型、湖北咸寧高磁極化強(qiáng)度型、湖北咸寧耐熱刻痕磁疇細(xì)化型產(chǎn)品的磁性能應(yīng)該按 GB/T3655 測(cè)試,在測(cè)試前,試樣應(yīng)在制造方提供的條件下進(jìn)行應(yīng)力退火(通常應(yīng)力退火溫度的范圍為 800℃±20℃,退火時(shí)間為 2h,退火后隨爐冷卻);但表 5 中的非耐熱磁疇細(xì)化法(如激光刻痕)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品磁性能應(yīng)按照 GB/T 13789 測(cè)試,試樣在測(cè)試前不需要進(jìn)行應(yīng)力退火。經(jīng)供需雙方協(xié)商,表 3、湖北咸寧表 4 和表 6 中產(chǎn)品的磁性能也可按照 GB/T 13789 測(cè)試。7.1.3 表 7、湖北咸寧表 8 和表 9 中各系列產(chǎn)品的磁性能檢測(cè)方法,按產(chǎn)品類型對(duì)照本文件第 7.1.2 條款的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。7.1.4 在磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度 H = 800 A/m 條件下測(cè)試所得的磁極化強(qiáng)度 J800應(yīng)符合表 3、湖北咸寧表 4、湖北咸寧表 5、湖北咸寧表 6、湖北咸寧表 7、湖北咸寧表 8 和表 9 的規(guī)定,其中,同一產(chǎn)品按 GB/T 13789 方法所測(cè)得的磁極化強(qiáng)度值 J800比 GB/T 3655 方法所測(cè)得的磁極化強(qiáng)度值偏低。7.1.5 同一產(chǎn)品在磁極化強(qiáng)度 1.7T、湖北咸寧同城頻率 50Hz 或 60Hz 條件下,按 GB/T 13789 方法所測(cè)得的 50Hz 和60Hz 條件下比總損耗值,參照 IEC 6040-8-7 Edition 5.0 2020-09 中規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù) Fc=0.925 進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,轉(zhuǎn)換后的 P1.7/50和 P1.7/60應(yīng)符合表 3、湖北咸寧同城表 4、湖北咸寧同城表 5、湖北咸寧同城表 6、湖北咸寧同城表 7、湖北咸寧同城表 8 和表 9 的規(guī)定
