電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼按Si質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分類分為Si＜0.5％的電工鋼和0.5~4.5％Si的硅鋼兩類，兩者通稱為電工鋼板。前者在制造電磁性能要求不高的民用小型電器領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的需求，此類硅鋼片的特點(diǎn)在于硅含量明顯低于常規(guī)電工鋼，制備工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單，成本較低，與普碳鋼類似。后者包含的種類、貴州黔東南附近牌號(hào)極為復(fù)雜。高硅鋼是指4.5％~6.7％Si的Si-Fe合金，具有在高頻下鐵損明顯降低、貴州黔東南附近 磁導(dǎo)率高、貴州黔東南附近矯頑力低、貴州黔東南附近磁性能極為優(yōu)異的特點(diǎn)，主要用來制造高頻電機(jī)、貴州黔東南附近高頻變壓器、貴州黔東南附近扼流線圈和高頻磁屏蔽等。但由于Si含量過高，室溫條件下塑性極差，無法軋制成形。6.5％Si因?yàn)槠洫?dú)特的磁性能而自成體系，目前僅有少量通過滲硅工藝制備的無取向6.5％Si-Fe合金材料可以成卷供應(yīng)，更具性能優(yōu)勢(shì)的取向6.5％Si-Fe合金制備則更為困難。
