一根內壁光滑，強度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內部，通過一對壓輥沿著軟管旋轉擠壓，這樣的 旋轉使得介質往一個方向輸送而不會倒流，軟管在輸送介質之后，由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側導輪的強制下，軟管恢復原狀，此時，軟管內產(chǎn)生高真空將介質再次吸入管腔，然后介質在隨之而來的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內排出，如此周而復始，介質不斷的被吸入和排出。目前產(chǎn)品使用溫度為≤100℃。根據(jù)用戶需要可以開發(fā)使用溫度在120℃的軟管泵軟管產(chǎn)品。

保養(yǎng)泵的方法：
1、泵注意絕緣電阻，長期擱置不用的或在潮濕環(huán)境中使用的電動抽液泵，使用前必須用500伏兆歐表測量繞組的絕緣電阻。
2、泵和電動油桶泵應經(jīng)常檢查，維修，在檢查時,必須檢查電源線：內接線，插頭，開關是否良好，絕緣電阻是否正常，刷尾座是事松動，換向器與電刷接觸良好，電樞繞級擴定子繞組是否是有適中斷路現(xiàn)象，軸承及轉動零件是否的損壞等等。
3、經(jīng)常加脂，電動油桶泵為高速運轉，潤滑脂易于揮發(fā)，所以必須使軸承處的潤滑能保持清潔，并注意添換。
