The iron loss value of products is used as the basis for classifying product grades. Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality； It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1. 電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼性能指標電工鋼疊片鐵芯與銅線通過電磁感應做功，鐵芯通過形成交變磁場發(fā)揮作用。鐵芯運行過程中自身耗能和鐵芯磁化能力決定電器設備核心性能，如功率、浙江嘉興體積、浙江嘉興效率、浙江嘉興質(zhì)量以及綜合運行成本。所以，電工鋼的性能指標要求有下列幾項：1) 鐵芯損耗P：電工鋼鐵芯在勵磁與退磁過程中額外消耗電能轉(zhuǎn)化成熱量稱為鐵損，單位為W/kg，是劃分產(chǎn)品牌號的主要依據(jù)。鐵損由磁滯損耗Ph、浙江嘉興渦流損耗Pe和反常損耗Pa組成。三種鐵損分別與晶粒尺寸、浙江嘉興有利織構(gòu)比例和板帶質(zhì)量對應。所以，取向和無取向電工鋼中這三種損耗占比不同，如無取向硅鋼的鐵損以Ph為主，取向硅鋼中則以Pe為主。根據(jù)使用條件不同，無取向硅鋼的鐵損保證值取P1.5/50，即硅鋼片在50Hz交變磁場下磁化到1.5T時所消耗的電能，而取向硅鋼相應的鐵損保證值為P1.7/50。

電工鋼硅鋼片半有機無鉻薄涂層K H4 C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層通常以磷酸鹽無機成分為主，添加少量有機成分，不含有鉻元素，杜絕了用戶退火、浙江嘉興本地發(fā)藍和使用過程中發(fā)生六價鉻含量超標的可能性，性、浙江嘉興本地環(huán)保性 。性能基本接近A 涂層，絕緣性好，沖片性好，在中性氣氛或弱還原性爐子氣氛中，可承受的應力退火溫度一般可達800℃，在退火時，層間電阻會有一定降低。半有機無鉻厚涂層M --- C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層基本情況和 K 涂層類似，膜厚增加，絕緣性更好，耐蝕性更好，沖片性也更好，焊接性略差。
