1、使用軟管泵時(shí)調(diào)壓板請(qǐng)不要擰得太緊，以免“扎死”泵頭，一般調(diào)到有液體流出即可，以延長其使用壽命。
2、泵頭在快速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，切勿按動(dòng)“順/逆”開關(guān)，若要按動(dòng)，則先將速度調(diào)慢后再按動(dòng)，然后再將速度調(diào)至原來速度，即將電壓表讀數(shù)調(diào)至原來值。
3、軟管泵在使用期間，應(yīng)隨時(shí)注意軟管是否完好，一般在中速情況下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)為佳，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)軟管使用老化時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換軟管。
4、使用完畢要將泵頭清洗干凈，若長時(shí)間不使用，應(yīng)取下軟管，以延長其使用壽命。
5、軟管泵長期不用時(shí)，請(qǐng)把軟管從泵頭中取出，延長其使用壽命。軟管是易損物品，使用一段時(shí)間后請(qǐng)及時(shí)更換。不然會(huì)造成漏液，損壞儀器！
6、根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)和不同流量，請(qǐng)選用不同粗細(xì)的軟管。
